HELP! my mom wants to give away our dog because it isn’t trained, is their any place who can train her?
we have a 9 month german shepherd puppy that we got from a shelter, she was left on the street when she was young and now we are having trouble training her. she jumps up on counter tops and people, she bites(not aggressively though), she pees at your feet when she gets excited and submissive and we don’t know how to train her so my mom has given up and wants to give her away. please help with giving us clear advice on how to train her or a place that will train her for us( a place in northern california). thank you so much for any help you can give
with excitement pee’n that’s easy,don’t give the puppy any attention when you first come home,don’t give a belly rub either
I have one girl who gets all excited and goes into a submission position also,if we ignore her she won’t pee
as for going on the counter,say no firmly,,if you are going out,use the crate
if she jumps on people,have the people say off and turn their back to her
but the best way for anything is be consistent,that’s the only way it will work
