help me with my monster puppy!!?

so i got a dog 3 days ago. she’s a six month old rottweiler and american bulldog mix. momma got pregnant by the wrong father and the pups were useless to the breeder so she was free. she was supposed to come with a crate but didn’t and i can’t afford one until payday tomorrow. she is a PERFECT dog when we are home. no accidents in the house, very mellow and sweet. the second we leave her alone she tears everything up and poops in the house. she chewed a plastic video game case so much that her gums bled on the carpet. luckily with our schedules she hasn’t been alone much, but today we locked her in the bathroom for an hour while we went out and she chewed a hole through the door to escape. i understand she needs to be crate trained, as i’ve always crate trained my dogs, but i’m afraid this little monster will hurt herself trying to get out of a crate. she is not fixed yet, but will be in 2 weeks. any suggestions?

First and foremost…training!! Secondly, give her a kong filled with peanut butter to keep her occupied and make sure there are plenty of toys to keep her busy.
