Tips for training a pomeranian puppy?

I just got a pomeranian puppy on monday. She is 11 weeks old. So far potty training is going really well. I know that it is important to keep their fur brushed so they do not develope tangles or mats.

How can I train my puppy to stop biting the brush when I am trying to groom her…this is my very first puppy..

also how can i train my puppy to stop jumping in my face and nipping me in the face.

Thanks for the advice!!

These are aggressive behaviors and should always be considered inappropriate. A light “touch” around the midsection to get her attention with a firm “no”. You must let her know in no uncertain terms that this behavior will no longer be tolerated. You must repeat this “correction” every time, consistency is the key. She will test you to find out exactly what the rules are, and to make sure you are going to stick to the rules. You are going to see an amazing change in you pup. Be calm, be patient, be firm.
