Should I buy an American Staffordshire Bull Terrier puppy or an English SBT?
Which are easier to train and to bring up? I am a novice dog owner so please give me any HONEST advice that you may have. Thanks.

I own two SBTs (1 is ½ pit) and would never go for a different breed. Amstaffs, SBTs and Pits are extremely intelligent dogs and easy to train. Terriers in general are easy breeds to train, but what you need to be aware of is that they all need a lot of socialising in order to get on with other animals and people. It’s wrong to say that the pitbull terrier is vicious, it’s really no more vicious than any other breed, it’s just got a bad rap because people get them as status dogs and train them to be this way. With any dog you have to be extremely committed and put in a lot of effort, if you don’t you won’t get a dog that listens to you or behaves well.
If you want an easy bully breed, you should go for the frenchie or the english bulldog. I have many years experience with bully breeds so feel free to email me if you want further help
