How to potty train pit bulls?
i just recently purchased a female pit bull puppy. i was just wondering if anyone had any help on potty training and disciplining them, i heard you have to treat them differently than other dogs bc of their nature…
No, that’s not true at all. They should be trained like any other dog — the PROPER way, using positive reinforcement and NO physical punishments. Yes, they are a stubborn breed, but that doesn’t apply just to pits. They need positive training because if you train them negatively, they’re less likely to WANT to please you in the future.
