how can i potty train my puppy if she goes to the bathroom every 20 mins?
i barely got her yesterday, she was a stray. i started trying to potty train her but she goes pee everywhere and often but not a lot. By the time i see her she’s done and i show her where shes supposed to go but she doesn’t listen she even does it right next to the litter box instead of just going inside. i’ve been looking for tips online but none of the websites ive gone to solve my problem.
You need to take her out every 20 minutes. Puppies have small bladders, and no bladder control.. so they pee often in small amounts.
Supervise her more closely so that you can make sure she doesnt pee somewhere.. when you cant supervise, then crate her.
You can also have the vet rule out a possible urinary tract infection.
