Do you have her on a feeding schedule? Are you feeding the right amount? Does she do anything outside right before bed? Do you pick food and water up at a reasonable hour?

If you feed too much or free feed then they don’t get on a schedule. Food should be picked up at six and water at seven, and the dog should be fed the noted amount on the bag in three feedings a day. They may have to go several times through the night otherwise.

You should make sure she actually goes potty when you let her out. Sometimes they start then get distracted and you let them in thinking they’re done! My dog has done it a few times.

Is the crate the right size? It should only be big enough for her to sit, lay down, stand, and turn around. Any bigger and she may feel okay with pottying in one corner and sleeping in the other.

If you think she’s going potty too much then talk to a vet to rule out any medical problems.
