Sounds like you’ve got a great start on things! I’m sure you’ve got toys and food, and a leash and collar. The only other thing I can suggest is making sure your house is puppy proofed. No wires to be chewed on, no gaps in the outside fencing that he might slip through, gates to block of certain rooms. And the biggest suggestion of all is a crate! Some people think badly of crates saying that they don’t want to lock up their dogs, however, dogs are den animals and actually like having a crate. Especially for puppies, it’s good to put them in it every few hours for a nap, and at nighttime until they are more trustworthy and fully housebroken. He/She may whine a bit at first, but with a nice bone, and a comfy blanket they will soon come to love and even want to go in to a crate. Good job on an early start at puppy training!
