Getting a puppy help?

Heyya,
Basically I’m getting a puppy about the end of June, I want a puppy so I can train it and for the responsibility and everything. I know some people will answer saying oh you should get an adult dog but that’s really not what it’s about. Anyway I would still like to get the puppy from a rescue centre if possible.
So my question is do you know any breeders for collies (border or shelties) in scotland or rescue centres Preferably in central scotland (edinburgh, glasgow).
Also my mums friend told her about this rescue centre in fife and we can’t find it anywhere. She thinks it’s called “Forever Friends”? Does anyone know it or maybe know one it could be with a slightly different name?
