puppy training and walking help?

I adopted a 7 month old lab mix (maybe some terrier) today. It was her first day here, after being dropped off from the rescue group. I walked her the second they dropped her off and then brought her into the house, and let her explore. After that, the rescue trainer forced her into the pool to teach her how to swim and where in the pool to get out. When the rescue trainer left, she was fine for 1 hour. After that when she settled down, she peed in my bed and pooped in the bathroom, but not on the potty pad I layed out for her. Then, she started barking and looked nervous and drooled around the pool in the back yard (maybe because shes scared to go back there?). When I took her for a walk she was very hard to control possibly from built up nervous energy. The adoption people said she was house broken.

Will this wear away, and how can i control her and train her?

She might just be nervous. Did the place you got her from say she was “potty trained”? If so, she is nervous. If not you just have to potty train her. my dog has been with us for 2 year and is still hard to control on walks sometimes. That and where to go to the bath room or the hardest things to teach dogs. This might be its normal behaviour. It could have just acted like that for the rescue trainer because it was scared of him. dogs do that when they are really nervous and scared. Its possible that the dog was not nervous when he left, it was settling down to be itself. it needs to be trained.
