Help! How can I train a 5 year old yorkie to use a pee pad while I am gone?
He used to use them as a puppy, but a couple of years ago, he just stopped using them. We take him outside to pee, but we can’t leave him out while we are gone. He used to always be good about holding it until we got home, but the past couple of weeks, he poops every time we are gone, an once he peed in a giant CD book! Is there any way we could retrain him to use the pad when we are gone, but still know to go outside when we are home? Thanks so much, I am sick of being a pooper scooper every time I come home from class, any tips would help me and my family out a lot. (and my carpet.)
Another problem is that he is very nervous when we are gone. He won’t eat or drink, and when he was a puppy he would pretty much have panic attacks when we left, so we cannot leave him in a crate sadly. 
Why is my dog sooo weird? He also has panic attacks when I go in the jacuzzi.
This is all you have to do
don’t leave your dog out in the open
put him in a small room like a bathroom
or laundry room and put at least three pads
(depends on the size of the room) on the
floor and just make this a daily thing
and he will learn right away.
