Pit Bulls , Hmmmm ? Only people who know about Pits .?

Ok so I have a almost 5 month old Pit bull puppy . Now I have two questions for you all . One has to do with my Brooklyn and the other has to do with some here say that my mom heard . Try to keep up ..

1. My mom heard that pit bulls become aggressive because their brains get way too big for their skulls and that causes them to go crazy ? I myself have never heard that before have any of you ?

2. My Pit bull (Brooklyn) is like I said almost 5 months old and she likes to bite . What can I do to get her to stop doing that ? Plus Ive had her for 2months already and she still keeps having accidents in the house . She doesn’t poop anymore but she still pee’s sometimes , so how long does it take to potty train them ? Thanks ..

1.) Pitbulls are only as unruely as their owners allow them to be. It has absolutely nothing to do with their brain/skull size. Pit bulls can be the most loving and family oriented dog out there as long as they are treated right and taught how to be good dogs.

2.) This is NOT OK. If she is biting now when she is a puppy, she is going to grow up thinking that this behavior is ok. I would start with grabbing her lower jaw by putting your thumb in her mouth and pressing down on her tongue for a few seconds. It doesn’t hurt the animal, just makes them shocked and will stop the behavior. You will need to say “no” everytime you do this in a very firm voice.
