training my puppy which is an american bulldog mix?
alright so i have a white puppy the mother was pure american bulldog,but we dont know who the dad is,we think it is a lab,well the puppy is male and hes 8 weeks old, i was wanting to know how to train him and how to get him to respond to his name which is austin.
Train him using postive reinforcement, lots of “good boy!”s and the biggest thing is to BE PATIENT. I know you want to scream at him sometimes, but have patience. You may want to start with sit, lay down, and just getting him housebroken. If you want him off the furniture, take him off every time he goes on. And every time he lies on the floor, treat him.
