Australian Shepherd Questions?

I really want to get an Australian Shepherd puppy. I know how much exercise they need, and that they need a lot to do and consistent training. I am definitely willing to put all of that work into one, but I have a few questions.

How do I train my Aussie to not chase my cat? How do I train my Aussie to not nip at my nieces’ and nephews’ heels? How do I train my Aussie to catch a Frisbee in the air, or do they just get it themselves?

Thanks to everyone who gives kind answers!

1.) Just tell your pup “No” if it goes toward the cat and stop her chase and redirect her with a toy.
2.) When she goes to nip during a mock herd, shove a toy right in her mouth.
3.)…They learn it on their own, although! For my corgi here was her routine:
Tennis ball first, starting from very close, get her to catch the ball consistently and move her farther back each time.
