Where can I find a law about dogs?
I am moving. I found out that cross the street have a dog that is a pit bull and it stay in there garage but at time out on a leash. they were or are trying to get rid of it. The dog had bitten two people. But I know I see it lose I would call the police. But how can I find the law about dog bitting so many people that they would have to put it sleep. I in Ohio and still will be. I want to protect my rights and I have children to think about..
call the appropriate police dept or animal control & ask about that particular dog & ask for a copy of the dangerous dog law.
My city has a leash law. If a dog owner violates this law, is she liable in Ohio for injuries caused
