Other dogs should be encouraged to find the bell.
If this happens, try the following:
Keep the clock near the dog’s nose so the dog smells like peanut butter, licking and ring the bell.
(You may have to shake the bell rope of the bell in the form of a pair of rings, if the language of the dog just moves the hood.)
