Long neck electric / thick haired dog?
I have a dog that has Sarplaninac thick hair around his neck, almost as a kind of collar. His memory is good but not as good as I wanted to go and a friend suggested I use an electric collar to train him to do a better memory. I wonder how would work with a dog that has long hair around his neck. Will you have to be cut / shaved down or more electrodes or tips that can be used to reach neck? Yes, a training class would work beautifully if you wanted to sit in a room with pieces of liver idiots trying in vain to get their dogs to sit.
