Child exposed to prolonged dog feces and urine?

a little known person has a dog on a 4 foot leash tied to the back entrance/exit door which is located in the kitchen. the dog rarely gets off of the leash to run, eat, or even use the restroom. this dog is using the restroom in the house near this area which is in the kitchen where today is thanksgiving and the full meal is being prepapred here. There are 2 children living in this enviroment one who is 23 months and the other who is 7 or 8 years old? where do i go to get help? and I need cheap or free legal assistance for the STATE OF OHIO. the 23 month is my son, but i am not the custodial parent, my child is continuosly sick when i get him for visitation? PLEASE HELP ME! I need legal help and signs or symptoms of continous exsposure to this kind of living!

call law enforcement and ask them to do a welfare check. Call your local social service agency and see if there is an on call number to speak to a social worker.

when the holidays are done file in court and document document document. Go to family court for custody.
