Items to sell at a dog show – Ideas please?
Ive been asked to run a stall at a local horse and dog show, selling dog items. A large percentage will go to charity, so I want to make as much as possible. From the things I sell, 100% of the profit will be split between 3 local animal charitys.
So far we have -
Dog collars
Harnesses
Leads (leashes)
Dog Toys
Some designer dog clothing of various sizes (donated to us)
and we plan to make some dog treats too
Any ideas on anything else we could get to sell there – what would you or your friends want to be able to buy cheaply at shows, or are useful when out with pets?
Also, could I have suggestions on how much to aim to make for each charity? Its always good to have a realistic goal, but as this is the first year we’re attending we’re unsure on what we will make.
There will be around 200 dogs plus around 400 horses/ponys (with their owners), PLUS members of the public – Last year there were around 1500 people there, this we’ve been told to expect another 200+.
