Is It Ideal To Have A Boxer Puppy? I’m 14 And Need Some Help. I Am Saving Up For A Dog And Hope To Get A Boxer. I Need Some Answers…

1.A Price Range (UK Pounds)?
2.Possible colours?
3.Child/Teenage Friendly/Safe?
4.Showing Ability?
5.Training Ability?
6.Animal Sociable? (Other Dogs,Cats Etc)

I Think Thats About It I Have 2 Other Dogs That Are My Parents A Staffy And An Airedale So Will They Socialize?

Thanks Please Give Me REASONABLE answers :D

1 – the price will depend on the reputation of the breeder you go to, if you want to show it you will need to go to a breeder and tell them you want a show wuality dog, it will be more expencive but worth it in the long run. keed in mind that the breeder may make a deal with a show pup, that you must breed it when it becomces a champion and they will get pick of the litter.

2 – boxers come in a few colors. they come in red wich is a coppery brown, thye come in fawn wich is a light brown, and they also come in brindle wich is brown or fawn with darker stripes like a tiger. all colors come with white on the nose and feet as well as the chest at times.

3 – if it is brought into the house as a puppy it will be fine with anyone who is there before him. that goes for people and dogs alike. he will be considered a newcomer and the resident dogs will rank higher than him, but keep in mind, at all times humants MUST rank highest.

4 – if you go to a good breeder and tell them you are looking for a show puppy they will sell you a dog from a good lind that has potential. it will depend on the bline it comes from,

5 – boxers are intelligent dogs and pick up easily. and for the show training, it will be easier than most breeds as they naturally stand in the stacking position, hence how thye got there name.

6 – like i said before, it will be perfectly fine as long as you bring him in as a puppy
